Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flow Inspector, a product of LeadClick LLC ("Flow Inspector," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Flow Inspector, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flow Inspector. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
The service
Flow Inspector is a diagnostic tool that helps GoHighLevel users visualize and analyze automation execution timelines. We provide the software, infrastructure, and ongoing development. You provide your own GHL credentials, and any data you import into the tool. If you use the AI Analysis feature, you also provide your own API key from the AI provider of your choice — Flow Inspector does not supply AI access or incur AI costs on your behalf.
Flow Inspector is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to GoHighLevel or HighLevel Inc. in any way.
Your account
To use Flow Inspector, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access Flow Inspector using your credentials. Each subscription is for a single user.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your information current. If your email address changes, it is your responsibility to update it in your account settings.
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@flowinspector.app. Upon cancellation, your access to Flow Inspector will continue through the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action except where prohibited by law or where immediate action is necessary to protect the service or other users.
Subscriptions and billing
Flow Inspector is offered as a monthly subscription at the price displayed at flowinspector.app/pricing at the time of your purchase. Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize LeadClick LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email and retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend your access until payment is resolved.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days written notice to subscribers. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Flow Inspector within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@flowinspector.app for a full refund. This guarantee applies to your first subscription period only and is not available on renewal periods.
For users in the European Economic Area: Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of your initial subscription without giving any reason. However, by accessing and using Flow Inspector immediately upon subscription, you expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides broader protection than the statutory withdrawal right and is available regardless of whether you have used the service.
Acceptable use
You may use Flow Inspector for any lawful purpose, including for your own business operations, client work, and professional services. You may use Flow Inspector as part of a paid service you offer to clients, such as automation auditing or diagnostic consulting. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label Flow Inspector itself as a standalone product.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts where violations are found.
Your data and content
You retain full ownership of all data you import into Flow Inspector, including GHL credentials, contact data, execution logs, and any other content. By using Flow Inspector, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We claim no ownership over your data and will never use it for any purpose beyond operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and process any data you bring into Flow Inspector. This includes ensuring your use of GHL contact data complies with applicable privacy laws and your agreements with your own clients.
Third-party services
Flow Inspector integrates with or relies on several third-party services including GoHighLevel, Clerk, Stripe, and AI providers you choose. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The Chrome extension included with Flow Inspector accesses data within your browser session on the GoHighLevel platform. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the extension complies with GoHighLevel's terms of service and any applicable policies.

We welcome feedback, suggestions, and ideas about Flow Inspector. If you submit feedback to us, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you. We are not obligated to implement any feedback you provide.
Disclaimers and limitations of liability
Flow Inspector is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the data or analysis produced by Flow Inspector is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Flow Inspector is a diagnostic and visualization tool. It does not modify your GHL account, automations, or contacts. Any decisions you make based on information presented in Flow Inspector are your own responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadClick LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Flow Inspector, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Flow Inspector shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadClick LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Flow Inspector, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Flow Inspector that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in New Jersey or by remote means. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Flow Inspector or any part of it at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes, particularly those that affect core functionality or pricing.
We are actively developing Flow Inspector and will add features, fix issues, and make improvements on an ongoing basis. Not all changes will be announced in advance. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Flow Inspector after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new terms take effect.
The current version of these terms will always be available at flowinspector.app/terms.php.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and closing your account. We may terminate your access to Flow Inspector if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to access and use Flow Inspector ends immediately at the conclusion of your current billing period. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
Entire agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy at flowinspector.app/privacy.php, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeadClick LLC regarding your use of Flow Inspector. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
